The cache in this park went missing and got
archived. After finding it missing, we decided that we wanted to
place a new cache (and get credit for it) since we donated all the
swag and the container - and we were close enough to maintain it.
We didn't have a pen or pencil that would fit in the container, so
bring your own!
Fly46, Kiawa, Goldsnoop-PA, Ima29babe,
Princess Becky, Capt. Jim (and his wife) donated swag and then
fly46 and Joe&Shirley and Bryan KF8G went back into the woods
to place this cache and check cordinants. This same group of
cachers (as well as a few others) have also agreed to help with
cache maintenance. This cache belongs to all of us!
The cache is named, mainly, for the dead
fish that was found up in the park - at least 100 feet above sea
level - near the entrance to the trail of this cache.
This cache is a tribute to the cachers who
take the time and effort to help maintain our hobby. We thank you
from the bottom of our hearts.
Note - I've made the terrain rating so high because the last 100
feet or so drops down through brush and is kind of a blind path to
go down. Please be careful as you near the cache.
