BalkanSabranje: Checked the cache today. It hadn't been visited nearly as often as we had hoped, still the cache fixing system has been altered in a way that was not repairable.
We therefore decided to archive the cache. We hope to be able to revive the idea of a big A9 TB hotel closer to the A1/A8/A9 crossing in Upper Austria.

Geocache Description:

This is a big TB-suitable regular cache close to the peak of the austrian highway A9 in the small village of Wald am Schoberpass

Leave the highway at the Kalwang (coming from south) or Treglwang (coming from north) and drive on to Wald/Schoberpass.
In the village, turn east and cross the highway. Take the first turnoff to the right and park your car at:
N 47°27.111'
E 014°40.669'

From there, it's just a few steps back to the bench with the romantic view of railroad and highway and to the cache.
Find the cache under a broken tree. It is a 3 liter rubbermaid container, initially comprising:
* logbook, pencil, stashnote (please do not remove those items)
* die cast car
* plastic cat
* rubber ball
* TB "Andy goes snowboarding"

Please do NOT unknot the rope, as you can reach the cache the way it is fixed now!
