Diese Radtour ist schon des Ausblicks wegen ein Muss für alle Achenseeurlauber und -besucher!
Start your Tour at the parkinglot close to the cable-car station at N47°26,244´ E011°41,801´.
Passing by the fee-station at N47°26,390´ E011°41,171´ (no fees for bikers) and the first junction at N47°26,433´ E011°40,674´ where you take the right road to continue.
You will find the critical junction at N47°27,408´ E011°39,054´. Here you turn left and follow the upleading gravel road.
After approx. 30 – 45 minutes you will reach a “Alm” from where you will have a perfect view to Achensee. A short or longer stop is very recommendable!
The Cache is hidden in a stump (which one?) on an altitude of approx. 1440 meters and you will find it if you continue biking from the "Alm" upwards for another 5 minutes!
After finding the cache and returning to the car you really should feel the 17 degree warm water of Achensee.
Startpunkt ist Pertisau wo man sich nahe der Bärenbad-Talstation (N47°26,244´ E011°41,801´) einen Parkplatz sucht.
Von hier aus geht’s dann mit dem Rad (oder wer will zu Fuß - ist aber etwas weit) über die Mautstation bei N47°26,390´ E011°41,171´ (für Biker wird keine Maut eingehoben) bis zur ersten Weggabelung bei N47°26,433´ E011°40,674´ bei der man sich rechts halten soll.
Der asphaltierten Straße folgend kommt man zur entscheidenden Abzweigung bei N47°27,408´ E011°39,054´. Hier links abbiegen und der Schotterstraße bergauf folgen.
Nach ca. 30 – 45 min des Bergauftretens kommt man zu einer Alm mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf den Achensee. Eine kurze oder auch längere Rast ist hier auf jeden Fall angesagt.
Der Cache liegt dann auf der angegebenen Position unter einem Baustumpf (ja, welcher denn?) in einer Meereshöhe von ca. 1440 Meter wenn man für ca. 5 Radminuten der Schotterstraße weiter bergauf folgt.
Jetzt sollte halt noch das Wetter passen und einem schönen Halbtagesausflug (mit anschließendem Schwumm im 17° warmen See?) ist nichts mehr entgegen zu setzten!
