Are you game? Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no response to my previous note, I assume that the cache is not going to be repaired or replaced, so I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

An ammo box hidden up a small game trail.

This nice park needed a few more caches, and we happened to be carrying 'metal', so we placed an ammo box a short distance up a game trail. This cache appears to be close to a lot of trails but can only be easily accessed from one. The picture of my nephews (D.J. and Austin) in the tree shows the easiest location to go off trail. The tree is east of the cache. They wanted us to hide the cache in the tree, but we didn't have any caches with us that would work in a tree.

The cache is a standard ammo box with standard contents. There is was no poison oak near the cache when we hid it, but I did see some in the general area, so keep an eye out for it.

[It's an ammo box, do you really need a hint?]
