One of our favorite stops on northern highway 101.
This cache is at a great stopping point just south of Crescent City, CA. Since this is private property, we couldn't put a real cache here, but this place is definately worth a stop. Bring a camera as there is plenty to take pictures of. The tree tour is really excellent, and includes a skychair ride. There is also a very nice museum which details the history of the Native Americans from this region. The hours of the museum are: 8am to 6:30pm, and the tree trail tour is available from 8am to 5:30pm.
To prove that you were here, please e-mail us the answers to the following questions, which are all available within a few yards of the coordinates (you don't HAVE to go on the tour or visit the museum if you don't want to, or are too late or early):
1. How much does the blue guy weigh?
2. What is his companion's waist size (this guy might talk to you - keep your ears open!)?
3. How many languages total are on the Welcome sign next to the entrance to the shop? (Ignore this question if they don't have the sign visible. It is inside the shop, so if you are here after hours, you can't see the sign anyway.)
