Note: Please take care to note the orientation of the cache
before removing it. The cache could be lost if not replaced exactly
as found.
Near the Stanford campus is a neighborhood park so hidden from
the street and little-known even by area residents that it is
nearly secret. It seemed an ideal spot to place a cache.
The container is log only, so bring a pen or pencil. The cache
is easily viewed from the right spot; there is no need to move
anything. Take a break during the search to climb, crawl, or slide
to relieve frustration.
There is public parking on most streets around the park, but
please avoid any areas that require a special permit (signs are
posted). The park seems to be lightly used, but it is a small area
and searching will be awkward when others are about. Afternoons are
the busiest; at other times you are likely to have the secret park
to yourself.
