400/40 Multi-cache

This cache has been archived.

The Rats: Following Deemacvee's comments about the bridge being painted, we stopped by here today to have a look at the handy work of the local Council.

While we found both sets of numbers, they had been painted over making them near illegible. So we've decided archive this cache and give someone else an opportunity to utilise the spot.

Thanks to those who've found this cache. 400 finds and 40 hides seems so long ago.

Geocache Description:

Having reached 400 finds and this being our 40th cache we thought it was time for a celebration, so here’s our gift to you. A simple (or is it) two-step multi-cache tucked away in an often forgotten part of southern Sydney. This area has towering concrete structures, tranquil bush surrounds, meandering waterways, oozes money and wealth and that’s all before you get to the cache.

The listed coordinates will have you perched just above sea level; high enough that you wont get wet but close enough that you can see the bottom. Somewhere out here you will find 2 clues to the whereabouts of the final stash.

Once you’ve found the clues for GZ, I’ll let you decide where they go. It’s that simple.

S 34° 01.XX4
E 151° 0A.A77

The cache contains all the usual stuff, including ‘Greater Union’ movie passes for the first finder, a Pelican MityLite torch plus plenty more. So please bring quality swaps.

7.6.2011 - An example of the numbers you are looking for has now been uploaded.
