Be prepared to hike at least 10 miles. You can do it with less with the right observations and equipment. The most obvious solution takes about 10 miles of hiking. There are trails most of the way but the last portions of each hiking stage are well off the beaten path through rough terrain. There is heavy GPS interference from trees even in Winter. This cache contains multiple types of cache containers (Micros, Small, Regular, Large, and Virtual).
Pirates have a penchant for devious methods of hiding their bountyand using puzzles to log where it is hidden. North Carolina has a long history with seafaring Pirates. This cache works to bring a piece of that history inland. This quest will take you on an adventure with one of the Lakefaring Pirates around Greensboro NC. There will be puzzles and loot a plenty. There is something in it for you even if you do not make it all the way to the final cache location.

So before embarking get with the quarter master to equip ye with:
GPS unit
Pencil and Pape
Good hiking shoes
Motorized transport vehicle
Pirate language dictionary
A Map of the Greensboro NC area will be helpful but not necessary.
When yer all ship shape and Bristol fashion set sail with Captn Daragh the Daring from these coordinates:

Once there, walk the plank and count the Water Monkeys from the parking lot side towards the center of the plank. Walk until yer even with the 4th Monkey. Dont be looking towards Davey Joness Locker for that which ye seek. Ye best be looking to loftier regions or yell be swinging the lead fore yer adventure begins.
Once Yeve found the quest yell need to be solving it to luff and move yer adventure ship out of dock.
