Geocache Description:

One for satellite-crossed outdoor lovers with alpen stocks and alpine socks! An easy fire road soon gives way to a gnarly climb to the cache.

Only access is via a gate and very small car park at 37deg.37.556'S/145deg.35.866'E. Water catchment area restrictions apply here, as well as the usual National Park regulations. Should not be attempted during or soon after rain/frost/snow. Access track ascends 800m in 4 km and is not recommended for geocaching juniors. Cache is easy to find once nearby. It is a 1 litre square freezer container and consists of various furry critters from childhood. Sturdy shoes and knee joints recommended!
