This is an easy cache with great views in an interesting location.
Navy Bluecoats might be asked to fetch a few gallons of prop wash for a work detail. To log this cache, e-mail me with a description of the number of horses (or such) mentioned on the accompanying plaque as well as its weight and what it is made of.
Note: Some cachers have reported not finding the plaque. Other cachers have found it and it was clearly visible upon last inspection.
