Dieser Multicache ist auf unserem Hausberg am Wolfgangsee angelegt.
Der Aufstieg erfolgt zum Großteil über Forstraßen, mit einer
Gehstrecke von 5,3 km und einem Höhenunterschied von 900 Hm. Nur
das letzte Stück zum Gipfel verlangt etwas Trittsicherheit und
Schwindelfreiheit. Oben wird man für die Mühen des Anstiegs mit
einem schönen Blick auf die Salzkammergut-Seen und den Dachstein
belohnt.
Kommst du vom Cache
Mönichsee, so kannst du direkt bei Stage 3, der Alm,
einsteigen, denn die Koordinaten finden sich im Logbuch!
This multicache is laid out on our
house-mountain at the Wolfgangsee. Most of the ascent follows
forest roads with a walking distance of 5.3 km and an elevation
change of 900 Hm. Only for the last part to the summit you should
be sure-footed and free of giddiness. Once you have reached the top
you will be rewarded for the strenuous ascent with a beautiful view
over the Salzkammergut lakes and the Dachstein.
In case you are coming from the cache
Mönichsee you can start directly at Stage 3, the meadow,
because the coordinates are in the logbook!

Blickst du bei N 47°44.330’ und E 013°27.040’ nach
Südwesten, so siehst du vier Jahreszahlen. Subtrahiere die zweite
von der vierten Zahl und nenne das Ergebnis A. Dann
subtrahiere die erste von der dritten Zahl und nenne das Ergebnis
B.

Facing southwest at N 47°44.330’ and E 013°27.040’
you will see four dates. Subtract the second from the forth number
and call the result A. Then subtract the first from the
third number and call the result B.

Am Fuß eines hölzernen Zeichens verbirgt sich hinter einem Stein
der Schlüssel zum Cache. Addiere zum Nord- und Südwert jeweils
10!
The Meadow

At the foot of a wooden sign behind a stone is the key to the
cache. Add 10 to both the longitude and
latitude!!
Spalte mit Ausblick
Am Fuß der Spalte, welche einen Blick auf den See gewährt,
befindet sich der Cache.
Crevice with a View
The cache is hidden at the foot of a crevice, which permits a view
on the lake.
Für den Abstieg bietet sich der Steig über die Sommeraualm (N
47° 45.170’ und E 013° 28.340’) an, wodurch sich eine schöne
Rundtour ergibt. Kurz vor St. Wolfgang lädt die Jausenstation
Holzerbauer (N 47° 44.280’ und E 013° 28.150’) zur Rast ein. Die
Weglänge beträgt im Abstieg 5,8 km.
For the descent take the foot-path to the
Sommeraualm (N 47° 45.170’ and E 013° 28.340’), which makes a nice
round-trip. Shortly before you reach St. Wolfgang make a stop at
the Jausenstation Holzerbauer (N 47° 44.280’ and E 013° 28.150’)
for drink and food. The walking distance for the descent is 5.8
km.
