Geocaching Club
A new geocaching club is forming in the Knoxville, TN area.
WHO: Geocachers from the following cities - Alcoa, Clinton, Farragut, Gatlinburg, Harriman, Jefferson City, Kingston, Knoxville, La Follette, Lenoir City, Loudon, Madisonville, Maryville, Morristown, Newport, Pigeon Forge, Powell, Sevierville, Seymour, Sweetwater, and others.
WHAT: A meeting to establish the new club in this area and begin atracting it's member base at the meeting.
WHEN: Saturday * Janurary 24, 2004 * 5:30PM - 7:30PM
WHERE: CiCi's Pizza
Adult Buffet $3.99 Age 10 and under $2.29
WHY: Because we love geocaching and wish to coordinate our efforts to keep the sport a high quality family oriented activity.

Come in, sign the event logbook, and pick up a name tag. |
| | You will pay for your meal at the door, but come on back to our area and hang out. We will eat midway through the meeting. |
| | Socialize, swap caching stories, beg for hints on local caches, etc. |
| | A list of current Club Names suggestions will be on display. Feel free to discuss their pros and cons with the other geocachers. |
| 6:00PM |
We will open the meeting and go over where we are in our startup efforts and what still needs to be done. This will be an open discussion time for any other suggestions or ideas. |
| 6:45PM |
Take a break for food and fellowship. This will give you the oportunity to chew on all the ideas and discuss them casually among yourselves. |
| 7:15PM |
Continue to hang out for 15 minutes while taking the oportunity to place votes (in the form of a check mark) next to your 2 favorite club names. |
| 7:30PM |
Tally the votes and narrow the name choice down to the top 3 choices. These will be posted on the forum for everyone to discuss further. |

Optional After-Dark cache run. We will try to place some new caches in the area that can be found at night after the event. |
