At this spot the Murrumbidgee is forced through a narrow gorge, this results in some spectacular rapids!
Once you get to GZ, you will notice it is rather rocky. From experience, caches in these places are hard to find. So here’s some hints:
1. It’s well under a two-ton flat top rock with a curious 10cm gash in the top. (See spoiler pic)
2. You can only see the cache with your head near the ground.
3. You don’t need to move any rocks (not that you could) – just reach in.
4. It’s 6m south from the outcrop overlooking the rapids.
5. It’s 588m above sea level, approx 6m above river level.
