up a dirt road...high clearance a must - under dry conditions 4wheel drive is not needed
Primitive road to the lookout will get you within a mile of the lookout tower ...not a bad walk. An ATV can almost drive to tower.
CACHE is at the trail-head where you will find a sign. Email me with who built the lookout and how many lookouts there are in the Big Horn Mtns.
If you should choose to walk to the top, do so without any black clouds in the area. Lightning can really be an issue! BUT "ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER." Take the Black Mtn road off of hwy 14. Look for turn off to lookout....
