Short distance off Hwy 30. Park at the trail head with the steps and marker. Cache is located a short hike up the trail. Nice trail with view of the creek and large timber. Please watch your children and animals, as there is a drop off towards the creek.
GPS had problems locking on at times, probably due to tree cover. If you continue on the road across the creek at the trail head, there is a nice primative campground with a bathroom. Good luck, hope you enjoy this area.
