Geocache Description:

This cache is located in beautiful Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park. The hike is probably less than a quarter mile. The hardest part with this cache is the dense tree cover which may cause your GPSr to get wacky readings (hence the hint).

The cache is a large ammo box. As always when dealing with Florida nature ... keep an eye out for snakes and various other creepy crawlies!

We recommend parking in section 5 and walking over.

Park Info:
There is a $1 fee per person (6 and older) or $3 per car (up to 6 people) to enter the park but there are so many things to do here: fishing, hiking, biking, canoes and kayaks to rent, camping, and of course...the beach. The park is open daily 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. April - October and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. November - March. ~ More information ~
