This is a virtual cache requiring questions to be answered in order to post the log.
This cache is located in historic Bay St. Louis. The coordinates will take you to a small courtyard with a statue. In order to log your find, please answer the following questions:
1) Who is the statue of?
2) Birth and Death dates?
3) When did he explore the Bay of St Louis?
4) Who was Bay St Louis named for?
5) When is the time capsule scheduled to be opened?

A brief update . . . Tercentenary is located in the heart of Katrina's destruction in Bay St. Louis. Nothing in the surrounding area was left unscathed. But Tercentenary will serve as a testimony to what was, and what will be. The people of the Gulf Coast are resilient and resourceful . . . and we will rebuild!
