It is evident that this park was once called "Madison Park" as
it is called that on the map to this day. My last name is Madison,
thus the name for the cache. The container is a small Bison
capsule. You will need to bring your own pen or pencil to log your
find as it is too small to hold one and contains only a small log
sheet. It is obvious that this small park is inhabited at night by
two types of "wild critters" which I previously thought were
incompatible -- humans and deer. I did a fair amount of cleaning up
after the human critters out of respect for Montana's famous "Great
Lady" for whom the park is named. There is a garbage can located at
the site if anyone visiting wants to participate in helping keep it
clean. I could not believe that there was SO MUCH Deer scat in this
small triangle bordered by three very busy streets. Enjoy the
cache. Red Hot Mama
2/15/05 New Cache Note to make some changes: Due to the fact
that this cache was vandalized once before, and that recently it
had "fallen" to a place where it could be seen by someone walking
by 100 feet away I have made it more difficult to find. It is still
a bison capsule but is camoflauged and is hidden better. Please be
sure to replace it exactly as you find it and let me know if you
find it compromised.
5/12/06 Finally got around to doing a special new type of
camo for this cache, and have hidden for about the 6th time in a
better camouflaged micro. Still in a bison capsule, but camouflaged
quite differently than previously.
