Geocache Description:

The Humber Valley Heritage Trail has been extended into the thriving metropolis of Bolton.

The Humber Valley Heritage Trail Association Trail aka HVHTA, has recently been extended into Bolton thanks to a nice new bridge so I thought another Geocache thereon would be a great way to celebrate! You can park at any of the starting points suggested for Hey I Like Your Stile, or to take in the new bridge start at this one, N43 52.744 W79 44.879 When I went to place the cache today I bumped into a few people – one of whom was trying to ride his bicycle along the trail. After about 150 yards of snowploughing, he aborted the mission. This trail will likely be mountain-bike-able once it warms up and dries up, but I suspect it’ll be a rough ride and not for young players. That aside, the winter thaw was on in fine style today and there were some very wet and slippery parts to the trail. Enjoy the hike and also the view. As per all the other Coupar-Angus caches, expect to do some hiking into this one! Be sure to also check out another new one on the older HVHTA trail, No Rest for the Winded. The cache is a plastic container with a green lid.
