Geocache Description:

In Pebble Beach, California, USA, between 100 and 200 feet above sea level, dificulty and terrain depends on route you take, the final trail is steep and can be muddy after storms.

This is my first cache!!!

This cache is a plastic ziplock container.

I would like this cache to be a hitchhiker headquarters. I originally placed several hitchhikers in this cache. Please cooperate by helping these hitchhikers make their way to where they want to be.

This cache is tucked away in the woods of Pebble Beach, so you will need $8.50 to get through the gate. From the Highway One Gate, take the left fork onto the Seventeen Mile Drive and follow it to the first stop sign, you will leave the 17 mile drive. Go straight. Parking is available along Stevenson Drive and Bristol Curve.

There are many ways to get to the cache. There is one simple rule: --stay on marked trails and fire roads-- The terrain and difficulty will vary by the route you take, but the easiest way is to take the fire roads to the blue trail. This cache is only a few feet from the trail.

If you are lucky, you may see some wildlife. This cache is in a quiet area. At times it is a prime wildlife watching spot. I once saw a deer on the edge of the clearing.

Why spend money to go to 1 cache in Pebble Beach instead of 6? Try doing Unit Cache, Jack's Cache Revisited, Walk the Plank!, Woodsmen West,Pinetree Path, and Final-Destination, which are all Pebble Beach caches

Please recover the cache so that nothing is exposed, exactly the way you found it! Tread lightly!!!
