"Gimme a
quarter"...
(alternately known as "aw,
mom, can I please have a quarter")
A
familiar mantra to parents when their children pass a video game or a vending
machine... now comes the "Gimme A Quarter" cache.
The
cache is a micro-cache placed in a park that is one of the true gems in Pinellas
County.
There
were several other caches here, but one has been archived (Nuts)
and the other has been temporarily disabled (There
and Back Again). There are also 3 active caches left, Parachute
Man's House, Sky
Harbor and The
Summer Fun Cache
So...
in the name of getting more for the caching buck (plus bringing more cache
tourists to see this great place), I placed a micro here.
Cache
is in a small film container, black with a gray lid. The name of the cache
comes from the contents and suggested swap item, a quarter, also the cache
difficulty is very low, so in some ways it's a "gimme"... get it?
There
are 3 fifty state quarters inside, and if you take one, please replace it with a
50 state quarter or other coin.
