Geocache Description:

A multi-stage cache in a wildlife preserve. Plenty of flora, fauna, fowl and gators can be seen while searching for this cache.

------------------------------------------------
Note: While this may be treated as a standalone cache, it is also part of the Jose Gaspar "Get A Clue" game. You do not need to play the "Get A Clue" game to search for this cache.
-------------------------------------------------

This cache will be archived sometime after August 3, 2003. Get it while you can!

This cache involves stops at three points in order to obtain the coordinates to the cache. At the first stop, search for the GeoTin that will give you the coordinates and clues to find the other two checkpoints. The location of the second checkpoint is a short drive away. From that point on, you can walk the rest of the way to the checkpoints and the cache. A GeoTag is at one checkpoint and another GeoTin is at the other. Each checkpoint will give you either a latitude or longitude coordinate. Combine the two together to get the coordinates of the final cache.

Please be aware that the first checkpoint is in a public place. Use discretion when searching for, removing, and replacing the GeoTin. Once found, you may wish to retrieve the GeoTin and examine the contents some distance away before coming back to replace it. Always put any GeoTins or GeoTags that you find back in the exact location where you found them.

The cache is in an area of heavy tree cover, so you may have problems with the GPS satellite signals. In order to help, a GeoStake has been placed near the cache.

This cache is in a very nice preserve. Wooden walkways and cement paths circle and divide the preserve. Take your time and enjoy the sights. At no time while traveling between checkpoints do you need to go off-trail. Even at the final cache site you are only slightly off the pavement (and even then there is a wide natural path to the cache). If you're around at the top of the hour, you'll hear the bells toll.

This is a large Gaspar-style cache loaded with goodies for adults and kids. It also contains a supply of collectable GeoCards. Please feel free to take one.

Last minute tip: Be sure to bring paper and pencil with you. You'll be writing down information found on GeoTags along the way. If you intend to use the GeoStake, remember to bring a compass (any kind will do except cheap kinds like those found in a box of Cracker Jacks).
