This cache is located on the campus of National Taiwan University in the south part of Taipei city.
The cache is easily accessible but located in a large object that you would not normally expect to see on a university campus. You may need to maneuver around buildings and walls to reach it. The initial contents of the cache include a whistle and a ring. If you haven't been to this campus before, it's very pleasant, especially in the spring when the bushes are blooming. Happy hunting!
(11/13/04) I've finally replaced this cache again (it has disappeared twice) and used a black box this time to make it less visible. So the contents have changed. Have fun looking!
