At Massanutten Resort in the central Shenandoah Valley. You will need to get to Diamond Jim or ParaDice - and both are restricted to experts. You could hike there but it would take a little while.
The snow was pretty good for early season in central Virginia when this cache was placed (and on the last day of Feb as well) and these runs usually don't have much of a crowd.
At the coordinates, there are two structures and a light pole. Add the number of exterior lights [bulbs] on these three items and subtract that total from the highest numbered seat. (But, do not include the two backup power outage lights in your count) Email me with the subtle anomaly you will see as you go.
