Friday 26 - Monday 29 September 2025
We will be hosting a weekend of camping/caravanning/motorhoming/campervanning/glamping at Dalraddy Holiday Park just south of Aviemore. We plan to be there from about 2 pm on Friday 26 September until midday on Monday 29 September. Over the weekend we are planning more events (one per day) that will be published nearer the time.
On Saturday evening between 1800 and 2200 hrs we will have a BBQ and Campfire in the fire pit area (at coordinates). Please bring whatever food you would like to put on the BBQ.
We would be grateful if you could bring along a small sweet or savoury item for everyone to share (eg. crisps, popcorn, sweets, small cakes, fruit, salad etc), these will be scoffed throughout the weekend events.
If any non-campers wish to join in with the evening festivities only, aim to be there between these times Saturday night as there may not be anyone around during the day. No parking available at the BBQ area, please park in the large car park at the main gate.
Remember and bring your camping chair if you want to sit around the fire pit. Seating and tables are available under the shelter.
At least 3 new sets of lab caches will be live by the time of the weekend, possibly more and it is hoped that some new caches will be put out in the area too.
We would advise you to book asap. The site is huge so I would recommend you ask for a pitch as near to the fire pit area as possible. Booking can be made by clicking the BOOK NOW button on the website, by email or over the phone.

There are two lovely food trucks within the site, one with a cosy yurt to sit in. Check out their ACTIVITIES page in the unlikely event that you want a break from caching.
