Welcome to the 161th Surrey Monthly Mid-Week Event, held on the fourth Thursday of the month and this time we shall be at a new location, The White Horse pub, The St, Hascombe, Godalming GU8 4JA. on Thursday 24th July 2025. This one will be a Community Celebration event - so let's celebrate all things Caching and hope the weather is kind to us.
TheBignells (Ronnie) will be your host and depending on the weather, we shall be inside if its wet or outside if nice and sunny, either at the front of the pub or in the rear garden. I'll drop a note on the cache page nearer the time when I know how many are coming and what the forecast is.
See Parking Waypoints - there are two option, but I suggest you aim for the main car park as its all tarmac.

It would be helpful if you could indicate that you are coming and if you would like food.
If you have never been to an event before, you are more than welcome, and it will be lovely to meet you. You don't just have to be from Surrey, any county, any country - the more the merrier. It is a great way to meet fellow cachers and share caching stories over a glass or two. Maybe even pick up a hint (or three) for any of those elusive puzzles.
There will be the usual opportunity to swap and share travel bugs and maybe get rid of those big ones you have been trying to dump on someone.
The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the fourth Thursday of every month. They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey.
