The weather is finally on the mend here in Galway, so I think it's time to have another social event to kick off the summer here.
Last year, at the Galway Geocachers event, nine geocachers from around the country kindly travelled to Galway for the social event and to find new caches recently hidden in the area. We had great chats, and I learned a lot during the event.
This time, the venue will be the same. However, the bar is closed due to renovations. I've gotten permission to use the benches in the yard and host the event there (weather permitting). I'll bake some things for the event and try to have them ready on time this time! If the weather turns bad, I can host it inside next door.
I have some new hides planned around the city, so I'll hopefully have those active in time for the event!
