UPDATE: April 29, 2024 - We now arrive in Funchal at 12:30pm rather than 8:00am.
Our ship had an emergency medivac of a passenger so we had to devate and get closer to Ponta del Gada for the passenger to be airlifted by helicopter to shore. While we understand that the passenger is shoreside and getting care, our port schedule has changed.
Understanding that people may have changed their days to be at this early event, we would like to keep the start time as scheduled. However, we will not arrive until 1:30pm or may be a little earlier. We will be there until 2:00pm.
We hope to see everyone there if it is possible for your schedules!!!

We will be here for a one day visit. After 8 days on a boat, we will be ready for feeling terra firma under our feet! And, with so many Geocaches to find in the area, we wanted to get it off to a great start by meeting near GC7B8Z2, Madeira First Virtual! We will be there for 30 minutes getting our bearings and then we will cache to our hearts content before departing at 6pm.
