Une balade qui nous a plu, du coté de St Mitre- Les- Remparts, le long de l’étang de Lavalduc, tout rose et tranquille au milieu des roseaux et des grands pins.…
Le sentier débute non loin du site archéologique gaulois de St – Blaise, datant de sept siècles avant J.C. (Ouvert du Lundi au Vendredi jusqu'à 17H30) de son rempart d’enceinte hellenistique de 1231, et de la chapelle Notre-dame-de-Castelveyre, datant de 1614.
Départ du sentier en 43°27.885 N 4° 58.843 E,
on longe de loin le bord « du lac rose » ,
tourner en 43°27.609 N 4°58.821 E
pour suivre un sentier direction les roseaux ,
on longe un canal d’eau douce en forêt,
et tourner à nouveau en 43°27.433 N 4°58.643 E direction la cache.
