Mówił, że gdy chodzi po alejkach i spotyka radosne, uśmiechnięte dzieci, zyskuje ducha i siły" – tak powiedział o nim Władysław Gołąb.

3. ks. Władysław Korniłowicz

Ks. Władysław Korniłowicz (1884-1946). W 1930 zamieszkał w Zakładzie dla Niewidomych w Laskach, z którym był związany do końca swojego życia. Znajomość ze środowiskiem rozpoczęła się w 1918 spotkaniem z Matką Elżbietą Czacką. W 1920 został kierownikiem duchowym i wkrótce stał się Ojcem całego Dzieła Lasek. Co ciekawe, to ks. Korniłowicz udzielił sakramentu Ostatniego Namaszczenia umierającemu marszałkowi Józefowi Piłsudskiemu.

Fr. Władysław Korniłowicz (1884-1946). In 1930, he moved to the Center for Blind Children in Laski, with which he remained associated until the end of his life. His relationship with the community began in 1918 with a meeting with Mother Elżbieta Czacka. In 1920, he became the spiritual director and soon became the Father of the entire Laski work. Interestingly, it was Father Korniłowicz who administered the sacrament of Last Rites to the dying Marshal Józef Piłsudski.
