There's alot of things this month reminds one of. My first thoughts go to Earth Day and Arbor Day ever since I was a kid so you best believe I'll be setting up CITOs for those days. But today is World Health Day. Thankfully, geocaching can be wonderful for our health between the physical activity, fresh air, chance to connect with a social group, CITOs improving our environment, cardio on those difficult hikes, a sense of pride and accomplishment with building and finding caches, and more!
