The fourth event that combines two of my greatest passions in life - Geocaching and Beer. The details of the event are
When: Saturday 18th May 2024 - 12:00 - 14:00 (or until the last person leaves)
Where: Siren Craft Brew, Marino Way, 18, Alberto House, Finchampstead, Wokingham RG40 4RF
What: Talking all things caching, eating, drinking and being merry! Exchanging and moving of trackables. All welcome from newbies to the experienced cachers. Children and dogs are also welcome at the brewery. In addition to the to-be-expected selection of beer, the tapyard also serves ciders and a small selection of non-alcoholic drinks and there is often street food available too.
Why: Because it is fun with all the friendly cachers in the area!
Transport information:
There is parking available in a car park opposite the brewery (see Parking Waypoint). In addition, there are is also the following public transport option:
0.4 miles from the brewery (see waypoint) - Hogwood Lane Industrial Estate bus stops on Park Lane (both northbound and southbound) - the bus stops are served by the Reading Buses Leopard 3 service (you can check the timings on the Reading Buses website).
There are also additional bus stops for the same services to the west of the brewery on Nine Mile Ride Extension - however I cannot vouch for the suitability of the footpaths from these to the brewery.
