In the spirit of collaboration between the WGA and the Ice Age National Scenic Trail series, let's get out for some trail improvement!
We will spend the morning pulling garlic mustard, an invasive that crowds out and harms our beautiful forests. We will work on the newly improved Waterville Segment of the IAT; please park behind the church and we will walk across to the trailhead together.
Families and all abilities are welcome - we will have something for everyone to do! Please wear sturdy shoes, bring work gloves and a kneeling pad if you like along with a water bottle. Bags will be provided and removal managed.
Plan for some fun on the trail, and join us for a "TRAIL GATE" afterwards. Who knows - maybe there will be some garlicky treats and Ice Age Ale to wash them down with along with some swag.
