2nd March - Methodically Marshalling Mess
CITO 2024, Season 1
Attend a CITO from Friday 1st March through to Friday 31st May 2024 to get an official CITO Souvenir
Parking: Is at the headline coords in the Alney Island Reserve car park. Please note you can only access it leaving Gloucester, heading towards Highnam and Over.
Where: Meet in the car park for 1030 or if you can't see us we will be wandering around - we will leave a supply of bags at the rear of the rangers car.
What: We will be litter picking please make sure you return any bags back to the car park. Any large items please leave them where they are and make a note of the coords for their location so that the ranger can collect it at a later date.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance. We ask you to bring your own gloves and if you have them tools, so if you have a litter picker please do bring them along. Don't worry if you don't have any as the ranger will have a supply.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please make sure you bring along your own refreshments as it can be thirsty work!
