A "Let's Get Physical" flash mob would certainly be an energetic and entertaining event! A flash mob is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform a seemingly spontaneous act for a brief time, and then quickly disperse, often leaving bystanders surprised and delighted.
For our "Let's Get Physical" flash mob, participants will gather in a public space, ours is at the park. We will then start the flash mob by playing the song "Let's Get Physical" loudly and clearly, catching the attention of passersby. As the song plays, participants would break into a choreographed dance routine inspired by the song's music video or incorporating elements of aerobic exercise.
The choreography could include moves such as jumping jacks, arm circles, leg kicks, and other fitness-inspired actions. Participants could wear workout attire or costumes reminiscent of the 1980s to add to the fun and nostalgia of the event.
The goal of the flash mob is to bring joy and excitement to the public space, as well as to celebrate the catchy and iconic song "Let's Get Physical." With its upbeat tempo and recognizable melody, the song is sure to get people moving and smiling along with the dancers. After the performance concludes, participants would quickly disperse, leaving behind a memorable and uplifting moment for those who witnessed it.
But just to make it more fun! We are using three songs this year. Footloose from the iconic movie and even though the Time Warp came out in the 70's it actually hit its peak in the charts in the 1980's. Prepare your dance style!
This year if you actively participate in the flashmob (yes that does mean dancing), you will be provided with a **flashmob bonus token**. This bonus token will be added to your tally as part of the Sunday game. No participation, no bonus token.
