La Pouncho d'Agast, tout un symbole !
La Pouncho, c’est un peu notre Mont-Blanc à nous, notre Bonne-Mère… Quand un Millavois ouvre ses volets, il voit la Pouncho. Quiconque arrive sur Millau voit la silhouette de la Pouncho.
Ce « monument », œuvre de Dame Nature, culmine à 841m et offre une vue imprenable sur Millau et les Grands Causses. On y passerait des heures, là, à contempler la vue… et la vie millavoise ! Tout cela au grand air, au bon air pur de l’Aveyron.
Un panoramique qui se prolonge sur la Vallée du Tarn et ses vergers, sur le Causse du Larzac et le Viaduc de Millau.
Les ailes artificielles des hommes (parapente, deltaplane) côtoient ici les ailes naturelles des vautours et autres rapaces, offrant un spectacle virevoltant sur le sommet de la Pouncho d’Agast.
Rappel: il n'y a aucun contenant physique sur place pour les caches virtuelles, afin de pouvoir valider cette cache, il vous faudra vous rendre aux coordonnées de la cache et :
1- M'indiquer 3 villes présentes sur les bords de la table d'orientation, en précisant la distance (en km) indiquée.
2- Ajouter à votre log une photo de vous (visage optionnel) ou de votre pseudo GC (écrit sur votre main, un galet, téléphone etc..) avec le viaduc visible en fond, depuis les coordonnées de la table d'orientation.
Vous pouvez m'envoyer les réponses par mail ou via la messagerie Geocaching puis vous logguer sur la page de la cache sans attendre mon autorisation. Tout log ne répondant pas aux critères se verra refusé et donc supprimé !
Virtual Rewards 4.0 2024/2025.

La Pouncho is a bit like our own Mont Blanc, our Bonne-Mère... When people from Millau open their shutters, they see the Pouncho. Anyone who arrives in Millau will see the silhouette of the Pouncho.
This "Monument", the work of Mother Nature, culminates at 841m and offers a breathtaking view of Millau and the Grands Causses. You'd spend hours there, contemplating the view... and life in Millau ! All this in the open air, in the good pure air of the Aveyron.

You'd spend hours there, contemplating the view... and life in Millau! All this in the open air, in the good pure air of the Aveyron. A panoramic view that extends over the Tarn Valley and its orchards, the Causse du Larzac and the Millau Viaduct. The artificial wings of men (paragliding, hang gliding) rub shoulders with the natural wings of vultures and other birds of prey, offering a twirling spectacle on the summit of the Pouncho d'Agast.
Reminder: there is no physical container on site for virtual caches, in order to validate this virtual cache, you will need to go to the coordinates of the cache and:
1- Tell me 3 cities present on the edges of the orientation table, specifying the distance (in km) indicated.
2- Add to your log a photo of you (optional face) or your GC nickname (written on your hand, a pebble, telephone etc.) with the viaduct visible in the background, from the coordinates of the orientation table.
You can send me the answers by email or via Geocaching messaging then log in to the cache page without waiting for my authorization. Any log that does not meet the criteria will be refused and therefore deleted!
