In the 6+ years that I have been geocaching, I have never hosted an event. With Leap Day coming up, I thought, what if I hosted my first ever event on Leap Day? Then, I had an ever better idea: what if I hosted my first ever event at midnight on Leap Day?

So, this is the result of my brainstorming. Yes, the listed time for this event is correct. It will take place as soon as Leap Day begins at the stroke of midnight. Please note that means Wednesday night/Thursday morning, not Thursday night/Friday morning. Originally, I was thinking about hosting a regular event, but after receiving some feedback, I decided to change it to a CITO.

If you are not interested in attending an event at midnight, please feel free to stay home. On the other hand, if you are really crazy and think it would actually be fun to go out and pick up trash at 12 AM, please meet me at:
