The cache IS at the posted coordinates. However, you cannot log a find on the cache unless you have fulfilled the requirement described below:
Taiwan is a wonderful country with lots of beautiful nature and it is worth exploring it through many Geocaching tours. During my recent trip to Taiwan I was very proud to reach 500 finds in the country. To celebrate my milestone, I hid this challenge cache for other geocachers.
To prove that you have also intensively explored Taiwan, you must have found at least 500 caches in Taiwan to qualify for this challenge.

NOTE: The difficulty rating is based on the difficulty of the challenge, not the cache.
The cache itself is best accessible via Waypoint N 25° 0.695' E 121° 33.318'. At GZ the GPS signal might not be very accurate, so please use the spoiler picture to allocate the cache.
