TeamXW and myself are planning to start our Christmas Eve off with a wander along the route of Toby's Favourite Walk in Manor Heath Park, near Halifax. We will be stopping half way round, at the sundial, to host a 30 minute event and hope you can join us if you are free. (If the weather is a bit rubbish, we might be under the nearby large tree seeking shelter - check the cache page on arrival where an update will be posted if we do move).
As its Christmas Eve, Festive attire is strongly encouraged, but is not essential.
All cachers are welcome - new and existing. If you've not met me before, let me know and we will keep an eye out for you.
There is a set of labs in the park as well as a few caches. As its Christmas, there might be a new cache or two in the area as well - who knows?
There is a childrens playground not too far away from the event location and there is a small car park close by as well as on-street parking. As its Sunday, there will be no parking charges, though you may wish to check this yourself to be sure. The park is also located on a bus route.
Trackables - any which fit into a small tupperware box (with the lid on) are more than welcome. If you wish to bring anything larger, you are responsible for passing it along or taking it back if no-one is willing.
