Geocache Description:

If you have read the name of this cache and recognized that it could be a pun referring to the 17th letter of the Greek alphabet, try to put it out of your mind; rho is no more important than any of the other letters you see below.

The term "Greek Row" refers to the area of a university campus where fraternity and sorority houses are grouped together. The campus we are visiting doesn't actually have a Greek row—the surviving Greek houses are scattered among other themed residences, and many of them are not even visible from the roads they are on. As a result, I have been unable to find any of the houses on the list that follows. You may have better results.

Even if you are not very familiar with the alphabet, you should find the solution to be quite conventional.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
