As we get into the holiday season, let's start with some GeoJingle fun with a GGA gathering at at Victoria Bryant State Park. Join us for the GGA's last event of 2023.
We will gather at picnic shelter #4. Please note this is a covered outside shelter, so please check the weather beforehand and dress accordingly.
This State Park has a lot to offer. Of course we think geocaching is the best, but check out their camping, archery, fishing, biking and hiking activities offered here: Park Offerings.

Always fun, always hilarious!
You are NOT required to bring a gift to the event. The White Elephant gift exchange game is optional for those who wish to participate. The gift should be between $10-$15 and wrapped. Please do not put your name on the gift as it should remain anonymous.
Decorate a Geo-Wreath
The GGA will provide a wreath. Your job is to decorate it. Bring your geo-goodies for adornment . For each item you bring, you will get a ticket for the geo-wreath drawing. A lucky winner will take home this very unique wreath. This is an optional event. There is no requirement to participate.
Of course there will be lots of geo-conversations, laughter, prizes, and who knows what else?
Come out and join us for some holiday GeoJingle fun!
If you are working on the GGA State Park series and haven't had a chance to pick up the one here, take time to go by and grab Parks GeoTour (Lakes) - Victoria Bryant
A $5.00 parking fee is required or a yearly GA State Park pass.
After the event, Victoria Bryant State Park needs our help!!!
Let's join together GGA strong and volunteer to help with a Christmas event that the park is hosting this afternoon and evening:
Christmas Comes to Victoria Bryant
There will be crafts, treats, a caroling hayride, a campsite decoration contest, and more. It has been heard that someone from the North Pole will make an arrival as well. The GGA has been asked to help in any way that we can.
Official times are from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Help as much as you are able as your time allows. Please know that any time you give is appreciated!
We will gather at the Vistor Center at 3:30 pm for instructions.
