Parking: Suggested parking is in the car park at the provided coords, there is a footbridge to take you over to Horsbere. Or if there is space you can park by the gates leading in to the brook (alternative parking).
Where: Meet by the main gate at 0930 (alternative parking coords) or find us in the Orchard, look out for my flag.
What: We will be caring for trees and clearing scrub encroaching the grassland. We will also be bringing and sharing snacks at tea break and taking lots of breaks to chat, catch up and talk all things geocaching.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and tools if necessary, however, if you have your own shears, lump hammer and gloves please do bring them along.
Also not mandatory as I'm sure we will have lots available, but if you want to please do bring along a drink and snacks for us to enjoy during the breaks. I will bring along my big flask of tea, with milk already added, so bring a mug and sugar (if needed).
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
