Le Stadium de Toulouse
A l’occasion de la coupe du monde de rugby 2023, pourquoi ne pas mettre à l’honneur ce stade construit en 1937 et de faire une rétrospective des événements majeurs qui s’y sont déroulés.
- Le 16 septembre 1992 fut marqué par un concert du Roi de la Pop, Michael Jackson au Stadium de Toulouse. À l’occasion du Dangerous World Tour, il avait déchaîné pas moins de 40 000 spectateurs. Le stadium en tremble encore !
- En 2007, Le Stadium a eu l’honneur de recevoir plusieurs matchs de la Coupe du Monde de Rugby en 2007. C’est un événement qui marque l’histoire du Stadium avec notamment la réception des All Blacks.
- En 2016, Le Stadium a accueilli 4 matchs de l’EURO, dont un huitième de finale qui opposa les Diables Rouges de Belgique à l’équipe de Hongrie. Une édition notamment marquée par le beau parcours de nos Bleus.
- En 2019, après Michael Jackson, les deux frères toulousains Bigflo et Oli ont réussi l’exploit de faire du Stadium une scène de concert géante. Deux jours de fêtes mémorables.
- En 2023, Le Stadium de Toulouse est sélectionné pour recevoir cinq matchs de la Coupe du Monde de Rugby 2023 : Japon – Chili ; Nouvelle-Zélande – Namibie ; Géorgie – Portugal ; Japon – Samoa et Fidji – Portugal. Que le meilleur gagne !
