Geocache Description:

This is a virtual cache in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. You need to locate five graves and determine what they all have in common.

All five graves are reasonably close together. The first three graves are so close that they have nearly the same coordinates. The fourth grave is approximately 7 metres west of the first one. The fifth grave is approximately 27 metres east of the fourth.

The names of the deceased that you are looking for, and the coordinates of their graves are listed below.

  1. David See
    • N 43° 41.536
    • W 079° 23.674
  2. Walter H. Clarke
    • N 43° 41.535
    • W 079° 23.672
  3. Walter Oakes Collard
    • N 43° 41.532
    • W 079° 23.671
  4. Frederick George Russell
    • N 43° 41.533
    • W 079° 23.675
  5. Adam Alexander Kerr
    • N 43° 41.539
    • W 079° 23.652

These five individuals have three things in common. You will not find all the answers on each headstone. If you put the information from all five headstones together, you can then determine the three things they all have in common. Remember, these things are common to all five men. So, if you find an answer on one headstone, it applies to them all. The answer to the third question is not immediately obvious, but with a little deductive reasoning and some common sense, you should be able to figure it out.

  1. What date did they die on?
  2. What was their profession?
  3. What were they doing when they died?

Please email me with the answers to the questions listed above before logging your find.
