Star-Runner: I drove past this location a few days ago and noticed the artwork had been removed.
Since the cache ties in with the location and now it doesn't with the change, I decided to archive this one.
Slipped out this afternoon and removed the container.

I have passed by this location a few times over the last couple months and always regreted that I never had a container with me.
