Promenade sur les Quais - A Walk on the River Banks

The Backstory: Two years ago to the day when writing this, it's a sunny day in Paris. I'm asking this girl out for a drink, as a friend - no ulterior motive. We met at 4pm place de la Concorde, walked across the bridge you're seeing next to this cache, and walked alongside the Rivers to get that drink. We had a few beers at le Concorde Atlantique, then went for a walk (and passed by that geocache spot). Among other things, we chatted about Geocaching. At some point, she asked me if I had a justification for being outside - it was Covid time, there was a curfew. That's when I realized: it was passed 9pm! That's when I started getting addicted to spending time with that girl. Two years later, here we are. We had our engagement party last Saturday, we're getting married next year. I did my proposal in Vienna .. using a Geocache to kick off a treasure hunt for her! I've been coming to the Quais de Seine since I was a little boy, but this place is now for me more special than any other spot: it's the start of a long journey that I never want to end :)
