p>Are you bored of finding nanos, film pots and bisons? Are you looking for something more interesting to look for? Then this is the event for you. Come along and share your caching experiences of some of the amazing caches there already are in this area.
We are lucky here to have cachers already hiding great creative caches - both fun containers and interesting puzzles. Some of the best caches I have found have been made from everyday items that are either no longer needed or can no longer be used. At this event I will try to demonstrate how to make a cache out of just such an item. No expensive equipment is needed. Just a small container, tape, the item itself and a cable tie plus of course the log sheet. If you wish to make the container yourself please bring the tape with you and something to cut it. In addition to making the cache I will try to explain how I would hide it. The intention is that you will leave the event with a container to put out or inspired to make your own custom made cache. Please note I cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient containers for everyone. Be there early to avoid disappointment

A chance for local cachers to get together. We will meet in the members bar of The Royal British Legion Lambourn from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Please note Lambourn British Legion does not serve food. The Bar staff is expecting us and we are assured a warm welcome. The grid is the approx location of the lounge but you will need to enter by the front door and turn left and then right. The Lounge is immediately ahead of you. I will probably be under the television as there will be a darts match tonight.
This is a Maker Magic event, a celebration of creative cache hides that may inspire you to create a wonderful cache of your own. When you write you Attended log, you will earn the Maker Magic souvenir. You can read more information about the souvenir on the geocaching blog.
