A fairly easy cache by the banks of the Usk reservoir.
When we placed this cache, the hiding place was under 6" of water. Please take meticulous care to leave the cache waterproof and pegged down! Before replacing, check the outer bag is airtight (give it a quick squeeze and make sure there's no hissing).
There are a number of car parks in the area. The one at the southern end of the dam is convenient for this cache. Alternatively, if you're after a quick snatch-and-run, you can park on the road a few meters past the cache.
