I came to Pompeii from Roma where I was visiting my daughter and
her husband, both of whom teach at an American school.
This is such a wonderful place to visit and 3 or 4 hours is a
minimum here. The Villa D' Misteri has wonderful frescoes. The
ampitheatre is in better shape than the Colosseum in Roma !
