Nearly 16 years ago I started caching with my mother and father. Then I had about a 3,000 day gap of finds. Around 5 years ago I started caching again with my daughter. In the last year I've found about 750 caches and solved about 75 puzzles. I created and launched a few puzzles over the last few months and I've been thinking a lot about my favorite puzzles and ideas for making something for other cachers. I’ve eaten at many eponymous restaurants in car visits to all 48 lower continental states from names of people to names of towns to names of nick names. In many of the states, I reviewed menus, ordered food, and then sent a postcard home to share my experience of the food I found across the country. This winter I found a collection of postcards and selected 14 of my favorite food places. These all had something in common and putting them all together helped me find a cache here in the Ithaca area. Glad it was time for dessert.
